Usage limitations & Options
Local use within Bangkok
The motorcycle and all accessories must be returned in the same condition as when they were received.
The vehicle is not covered by damage or theft insurance.
If the motorcycle experiences engine problems, starting issues, or other mechanical malfunctions;
Riding within Bangkok: Repairs will be provided free of charge.
Riding outside Bangkok (even bringing the motorcycle for repair in Bangkok): Repair costs, and related expenses are the customer’s responsibility.
Any scratches, damage, or missing exterior parts resulting from use may result in additional charges.
Delivery service Pickup & Return
Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the delivery location and requested time.
Fuel
- All rental motorcycles are provided with a full tank of fuel.
- Fuel need to be full when returning or exchanging the motorcycle.
- A full tank refill costs around 150–300 baht, depending on the remaining fuel level.
Rental Extensions & Late Returns
Customers may request to extend their rental period in advance. Approval and pricing are subject to the owner’s discretion.
Extension
If you need more time, please contact us before your scheduled return time and wait for our approval before extending your rental. This helps us manage our booking schedule and provide reliable service to all customers.
Late Return
A late return occurs when the motorcycle is returned after the agreed return time without prior approval. This is considered a violation of the rental agreement.
If you experience a genuine emergency, please provide supporting evidence, and we will review your situation. Unapproved late returns may result in additional charges and may affect your eligibility for future rentals.
